PURPOSE
As students attending Capella University, an online institution, we realize that there are very few opportunities available to us which allow peer engagement in a non-academically driven structure
dedicated to facilitating meaningful, lifelong friendships and networking opportunities.
Alpha Delta Lambda Gamma was developed with this in mind. As a chapter and Sisterhood, we strive to create lasting, purposeful relationships with intellectual, accepting, passionate women who
not only excel in their field but strive to motivate others to do the same.
We proudly welcome and embrace diversity.

MISSION STATEMENT
Alpha Delta Lambda Gamma is a student-established, non-panhellenic sorority dedicated to creating a positive impact in our communities and building lasting friendships. We strive to cultivate bonds that transpire time and distance between each and every member. Creating meaningful and lasting relationships amongst our Alpha Women, going from Strangers to Sisters.

It is truly a privilege to lead a chapter of individuals with different interests and passions united by common values. I am proud to be not only a member of Alpha Delta Lambda Gamma but a Founding Mother and am eager to see what this year has in store for us.
